Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We will provide you with access to export your data for a reasonable period following termination, subject to our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.
Provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.
